Sunlight apps will always have the problem of anonymity.

1) Preventing malicious fake reports by anons.

2) Preserving the source anonymity of real reports.

Finding a working way out will be very consequential.

Submitting any kind of proof will at least reduce the fake reports, though again there is risk of fabrication of the data however those things can be handled at court!

Saying that an unquantifiable amount of bribery is happening everywhere else, and should assumed to be so
