Gird your loins for a cease and desist from Sirius XM for trademark infringement.

The satellite radio operator Sirius XM owns the internet radio on demand operator Pandora which owns the Rdio trademark, having bought Rdio the defunct streaming platform.

I suspect they would argue that something that’s operating in the radio space is a direct infringement.

So you might want to change the name.
