OpenAI attacked Australia's health system and doubled down. Time to act

Egregious behaviour by OAI, but I don't see any consequences happening. I potentially see OAI forward deploying into state sponsored cyber-attacks/espionage, given how much seems to be riding on state approval in the current political climate.
