Doesn't mention that they are now owned by "EETree LLC, a Washington State copmany" (as per the email I got from "Gongyu Su" who, confusingly, has EEree LLC on LinkedIn) this morning.)

Yeah, I just read the email, and I don't remember if they ever sent another announcing they were going to be acquired. It's surprising to me. But I've could have missed it, of course.
