Jersey Mike's IPO illustrates how bad the AI hype is

I saw a video of some blackstone pe guy take the smallest bite of that jersey mike sandwich.

So that was ai? He didn’t even really eat it?

Bubble.

So, I think it's more interesting to look at the IPO as the same basket of uselessness that is the resume.

Who do you suspect is...actually reading the filing documents? No one. It's all AI dark pools trying to do whatever.

I don't think there's many humans in the loop when it comes to the financial system anymore, not at the level of bullshit being spewed. And it's not just today, rather, the last 2 decades saw tons of trading firms inch closer and closer to the trading machines because of temporal reality.

Same reason Trump's bullshit moves markets: the markets are almost entirely synthetic idiots, and retail investors are meaningless unless they do something like GME did briefly.
