Is this one of those proxies that route to a pool of coding plans? That's the only way to get lower rates than the official Anthropic/OpenAI APIs.

You don't. The submitted URL an affiliate link. Clicking on the logo in top-right takes you to the homepage.

Hopefully a mod will soon remove the affiliate code from the URL.
