Worse is having to come into the office just to do team calls with the rest of the team, distributed around the globe.

But hey, butt in the chair means work, right?

I get this doesn't work for all professionals, it is abused by some, but lets not pretend being in the office is some productivity magic, while at the same time everything gets offshored.
