This is an abuse of power. There are no criminal charges and they are designated as terrorists instead of sanctioned with the normal OFAC route. I don't know if it's even legally possible to call someone a terrorist when the allegation is helping other groups.

If they believe A/I broke the law they should contact the Italian government and do a joint investigation with the FBI that will lead to actual terrorism charges in court. Doing it this way just proves they have no ground to stand on.

In case any one hasn't realized the united states is a fascist country. Some people on this website and the whole culture around being a founder is a part of it. Capitalism will always lead to governments and people like Trump taking power.
