Utah's New Law Targeting VPNs Goes into Effect Next Week

Archive of the Utah specific bill they link to [1] as the site did not respond for me and I am not far from it.

This includes providing instructions on how to use a VPN or providing the means to circumvent geofencing.

So I guess SSH forwarding and simple proxies are out of the question.
