Want to track the apocalypse? One theory: Follow the billionaires' jets

The part of the story that stood out most for me is connected to the theme of the distribution of wealth in the United States.

Wealth concentration seems to fluctuate. A hundred years ago (1916) the richest 0.1% held about 25% of U.S. wealth falling to 7% in 1978. If the current figure continues to grow we may see some unrest or a wealth tax.
