Can this not be used in law as legitimate and justifiable motive for evading ICE? People have a right to fear being tortured. They may as well start wearing skulls on their uniforms at this point.

I have suspected from the start of this ICE slop that the entire point was primarily psychological, with immigration as the excuse for a twisted and improbable goal mostly unrelated.
