Gosh whatever could have caused this? It's not Trump's war of choice in Iran! That isn't in the headline, and not mentioned until the 9th paragraph. In fact, this article gives Trump no agency at all - they're depicted as being buffeted by the winds of fate, scrambling to do right by farmers and truckers, clawing at forces of nature to keep the economy rolling.
