6502 is fun but coupling it to a RP2040 takes most of that fun away again, imho. Why not have the RP2040 emulate the 6502 too?
Just wanna say, adding the RP2040 to 8-bit systems increases the fun, yo ..
I'm pretty sure Neo6502 is going to get an emulation mode for booting the Oric Atmos ROM sooner or later .. that is going to be very interesting, from the perspective of next-generation Oric development ..
Although I could see a version of this with two RP2350's.

It's for retrogaming apparently
The problem is Apple II 3.5" disks are in GCR so you would need a custom controller (IMO certainly doable with an RP2040 let alone RP2350) that is not bound to just PC formats.
