OpenAI rules out IPO this year as Altman/Musk/Amodei warn AI is moving too fast

How are they going to limit everyone? They can vote for legislation in the US but that's not going to stop the Chinese or anyone else.

However I hope it will give the opportunity for someone else but these three to take the lead. Or the big tech for that matter.
