Fascinating read. The insight about open-source communities being more welcoming than expected is encouraging. Also interesting how enterprise browsers require separate policy engines, not just Chromium's built-in tools. The MPArch refactoring work sounds massive. Thanks for sharing this.

Just flag and go, or report directly in email if you feel the account isn't being cleaned up quick enough. There is a good chance such accounts will end up being bots anyways.
