TL:DR: Cards Against Humanity doesn't like secure borders, so they did a land grab to screw Trump over. In their six, Elon came in and did space stuff with it presumably in part due to security and defense contracts. CAH took him to court, he packed up his stuff and left, and now Cards Against Humanity wants to profit and annoy.
