I am not so sure. I have seen similar things in the wild. Admittedly nothing thst BSD, but still clearly identifiable as generated.

Even before AI deceptive ads by showing renders/etc of a product were a problem, but I think I'd support a law that says any advertised product must show at least one real photo, unedited except for optional background removal, of the product prepared/resting as typical.
