Probably terribly, unless you're using an accessibility tool that renders fonts and does OCR on them.

IMO, this only stops scrappers that don't use any AI at all, if you really wanted to ... you could have the page render, then the AI can look at the rendered image and interpret that just like a human would. It would cost more, but if the AI is being used for retrieval, it'll be effective. This only makes training less cost effective.
