Thank you for your sacrifices and dedication you made to becoming a physician. So many of us in healthcare are jaded and burnt out. A lot of people come to us on deaths door literally or with incurable illnesses so there isn’t much we can do but this is everything I want you to know that

Sorry for meta comments, but are we writing blogs like tweets now? I got 2/3 of the way through before getting overwhelmed by the lack of paragraph groupings to help me follow the stream of consciousness.
