About half of Americans say they spend too much time on their smartphone

I've found the Android screen time reminder feature to be useful for this, and it can be kind of jarring because it never feels like you're on the apps for as long as you actually are. You'll sit down and start scrolling and just lose track of time.

And the other half are probably in denial
