"A big win for Android interoperability"

Would love it if the EU forced an alt-store on game consoles. Would be nice to install my own applications on a PlayStation or Xbox.

Would also be cool if they could force fee-free bank transactions and card payments within the EU.

That is more useful to me than wake words on Android.
