OpenAI pausing new $200 plan subscriptions

just a guess that they're saturated and they don't want to take on a bunch of new subscriptions that they can't sustain

also possible we'll see a restructure. Limits on that plan might be too high, possible we'll see that plan go up in price and a new mid tier appear.
